3. Fictional game disclaimer

Hacker Legacy is a fictional browser game. It is not real hacking, does not teach real hacking, and does not authorize or encourage illegal activity.

In-game IP addresses, servers, missions, banks, software, logs, viruses, clans, and other gameplay systems are fictional game elements unless clearly stated otherwise.

You agree not to use Hacker Legacy, its community systems, or any related service to plan, encourage, threaten, perform, or assist real-world unauthorized access, cyberattacks, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.

4. Account rules

By using Hacker Legacy, you agree that:

We may limit multiple accounts, accounts from the same IP address, or accounts that appear to be used for abuse, cheating, automation, ban evasion, or unfair advantage.

5. Player conduct

You agree not to use Hacker Legacy to post, send, upload, display, or distribute content that:

6. Cheating, automation, and exploits

You agree not to:

If you discover a bug or exploit, report it. Do not abuse it. We may remove gains, reverse damage, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts connected to exploitation.

7. User-generated content

Players may create or submit content through profiles, clan pages, in-game mail, logs, text files, in-game web pages, public descriptions, images, and other game systems.

You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant SU Gaming Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for formatting or safety, and distribute that content as needed to operate Hacker Legacy.

We may remove, edit, restrict, sanitize, resize, convert, or refuse content that violates these Terms, threatens security, creates legal risk, causes abuse, or interferes with the game.

8. Uploaded images and files

If image or file uploads are available, you agree to upload only content you have the right to use.

You must not upload files that contain malware, tracking code, exploit payloads, illegal content, stolen content, private information, or anything intended to attack, break, or abuse the service.

We may resize, convert, compress, remove metadata from, or delete uploaded images or files for security, performance, moderation, or compatibility reasons.

9. Advertising

Hacker Legacy may display ads, including Google AdSense ads, to help cover server costs and keep the game free to play.

We aim to keep ads reasonable and not overload pages with intrusive ads. However, ad availability, ad formats, and ad behavior may depend on advertising partners and user region.

You agree not to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks, encourage invalid clicks, interfere with ad delivery, or abuse advertising systems.

We may offer premium, ad-free, supporter, donation, or paid options. Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid options do not give tactical gameplay advantages over free players.

You agree not to bypass, disable, attack, or interfere with these systems.

11. Premium, ad-free, supporter, donation, or paid services

If paid services are offered, payments are processed through PayPal.

By purchasing a premium, ad-free, supporter, donation, or other paid service, you agree that:

If a recurring paid option is offered through PayPal, cancellation must be handled through PayPal or through any account-management option we provide. Canceling your game account does not automatically guarantee cancellation of a PayPal recurring payment unless the recurring payment itself is also canceled.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid options do not provide tactical gameplay advantages over free players.

12. Account suspension or termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe an account has violated these Terms, harmed the game, abused other players, created security risks, attempted fraud, or violated applicable law.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, game data, premium status, rankings, clans, mail, profile content, or other data connected to the account.

You may request account deletion by contacting: contact@sugaming.net

Deletion requests may take time to process. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, payment records, dispute handling, or legitimate operation of the game.

13. Service availability

Hacker Legacy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every browser, or available at all times.

We may update, modify, pause, reset, restrict, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. This includes rounds, rankings, clans, missions, currencies, items, software, systems, and other gameplay features.

14. Game balance and resets

Hacker Legacy may use round-based gameplay, generated content, rankings, resets, or other systems that change over time.

We may correct bugs, reverse exploit gains, adjust balances, regenerate game data, reset rounds, or modify systems where needed to preserve fair play, game stability, or server health.
